Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry form and WhatsApp: name, country, phone number, e-mail address, your message and any photos of your teeth you choose to send.
- Treatment planning: photos, X-rays or scans you share so a dentist can assess your case. These are health data and are processed only with your explicit consent.
- Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies described in our cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a treatment plan and quote (contract and pre-contractual steps).
- To arrange your visit: appointments, transfers and hotel, if you book.
- To keep in touch about your treatment and follow-up.
- To send occasional updates only if you ticked the box; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used (legitimate interest, or consent for analytics cookies).
Legal basis
Contract, consent (health data and marketing), legal obligation (medical record-keeping) and legitimate interest (security, service improvement), under the EU/UK GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted after 12 months. Patient records are kept for the period required by Turkish health legislation. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Who we share it with
Our dentists and clinic staff involved in your care, our dental laboratory, transfer and hotel partners for bookings you make, and IT providers that host our systems. We do not sell personal data. Where data leaves the EU/UK or Turkey, we rely on standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@auradentis.com. EU/UK residents may complain to their data protection authority; residents of Turkey may apply to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).
Photos on this website
Before-and-after photos of patients are published only with written consent, with names shortened. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
