Personal data processed

Identity and contact details (name, country, phone, e-mail), health data you share for assessment (photos, X-rays, scans, treatment history), travel and accommodation details if we arrange them, and website usage data.

Purposes

Answering enquiries, preparing treatment plans and quotes, delivering dental treatment and follow-up, arranging travel and accommodation, fulfilling legal record-keeping duties, ensuring site security, and, with your consent, sending information about our services.

Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5 and 6)

Establishment and performance of a contract; explicit consent for health data and marketing; fulfilment of legal obligations; the controller's legitimate interests where your rights are not overridden.

Transfers

To dentists and staff involved in your care, laboratories, transfer and hotel partners, IT service providers, and public authorities where required by law. Transfers abroad are made with your explicit consent or under KVKK Art. 9 safeguards.

Collection method

Website forms, WhatsApp and e-mail, phone calls, and in person at the clinic; electronically and on paper.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, request notification of these to third parties, object to results produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Requests can be sent to info@auradentis.com or in writing to the address above; we respond within 30 days.
