The honest answer
Yes. UK dentists are obliged to treat patients regardless of where earlier work was done, and most will happily maintain good work. What they will not do is take responsibility for work they cannot assess. That is why the paperwork matters.
What to bring home
- A treatment record listing every tooth and what was done
- The brand and lot number of implants, and the material of crowns and veneers
- Your CBCT scan and X-rays as files
- The name and registration number of the treating dentist

What the NHS does and does not do
NHS dentists will assess and treat pain, infection and failed restorations as they would any other problem. They will not redo cosmetic work for free, and a private replacement of a failed veneer or crown will cost UK prices. So the question is not "will they see me" but "will I need them", and that comes down to the planning and materials of the original work.
Making it easy
Book a check-up in the UK three to six months after treatment, hand over the record, and keep your hygienist visits. Composite bonding in particular is a standard procedure any dentist can polish or repair.
